Preparacion<\/div>\n

1. Pesar aprox. 60 gramos de flores de lavanda secas<\/p>\n

2. Durante 30 minutos macerar las flores de lavanda a fuego lento dentro de 1 litro de agua. Cubrir la olla con una tapa. Dejar enfriar.<\/p>\n

3. Colar la mezcla.<\/p>\n

4. A\u00f1adir la mezcla a la ba\u00f1era. Y ahora a relajarse!<\/p>\n
