– 100 gr de semillas de calabaza(preferentemente frescas)<\/p>\n

– 1 cucharada de caf\u00e9 de miel<\/p>\n

– Agua<\/p>\n

Preparacion<\/div>\n

– Lavar las semillas de calabaza, triturarlas y meterlas en un cazo.<\/p>\n

– Cubrir generosamente las semillas de calabaza con agua.<\/p>\n

– Cocer a fuego lento.<\/p>\n

– A\u00f1adir agua.<\/p>\n

– A\u00f1adir miel.<\/p>\n
