Para combatir los trastornos del sue\u00f1o (insomnio) o casos de ansiedad.<\/p>\n

Ingredientes\u00a0 (para 1 taza de infusi\u00f3n de l\u00fapulo)<\/div>\n

– 8 gr de conos (flores femeninas) secos de l\u00fapulo<\/p>\n

– 200 ml de agua aproximadamente<\/p>\n

Preparacion<\/div>\n

– Calentar el agua hasta ebullici\u00f3n y a\u00f1adir el agua hirviendo a los conos secos de l\u00fapulo.<\/p>\n

– Dejar infusionar unos 10 minutos (con el fin de obtener una dosis eficaz en sustancias activas).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
